Player of the Week

Player of the Week – Jobin George – Slumdogs
Your friendly neighborhood Slumdog Jobin George is this week’s Player of the Week, who by the way wasn’t even named the Player of the Game on his own team! Kudos to Rishi Seth for taking on that honor. Jobin, if this upsets you, please place yourself on waivers. Thank you.

Jobin, doing his best to show up last week’s P.O.W Sajeel Haque of the Chargers, put up a monster stat-line. Although this game came against one of the leagues weaker opponents thus far in the Desert Eagles, Jobin had one of his best games to date. Lets take a look at his line:

Receptions
Dropped Passes
Offensive TD's
Tackles
Sacks
Passes Defended
Interceptions
Defensive TD's

It seems as if the Eagles could not figure out how to contain Jobin on both sides of the ball, as he came away with 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions to match. Jobin, known around the league as one of the premier players, held his own against the Eagles.

Honorable Mention- Victor Santiago- Bandits

Victor was playing with some great intensity this week. He did a great job on the defensive side and the offensive side as a receiver  When QB Burhan went down with an injury, Victor stepped up big time and carried the Bandits to victory. Vic is showing to be one of the premiere athletes in the league and he is really developing as a leader for the Bandits. Here are the numbers:

Receptions
QB Attempts/Completions
Receiving Offensive TD's
Tackles
Passing TDs
Passes Defended
Interceptions
Defensive TD's

Honorable Mention – Robert Jones – Warriors
Robert Jones also had one hell of a game against an Empire team that has yet to figure out what kind of team they are this season. His stat-line matched up fairly well against Jobin’s:

Receptions
Dropped Passes
Offensive TD's
Tackles
Sacks
Passes Defended
Interceptions
Defensive TD's
