Congratulations to Nadir Almakay for winning the 2012 SAFL Rookie of the Year.
Nadir was an intricate part of the Bandits' success this year helping them maintain a Top 3 ranking throughout the season. He was a dominant force on both s
ides of the ball tallying over 30 receptions, 10 TD's and over 15 interceptions.
Nadir's fiery spirit and play making abilities had not gone unnoticed and teams were adjusting their game plans around him usually putting their best defender on him.
